Tyler and Kate’s wedding at River Road and Jasmine House and Gardens in Columbia, SC, was filled with warmth, love, and support from family and friends, despite the August heat. Watching these two together made their day even more memorable—they decided to get ready side-by-side, helping each other into their dresses and sharing every moment together, rather than going with a traditional first look.

Both Tyler and Kate wore dresses and carried bouquets in shades of orange and cream, which matched perfectly with the rust-colored dresses worn by their bridesmaids. They put a personal spin on their wedding day, including both a father-daughter and mother-daughter dance, which brought out so much love and laughter. These moments are what make weddings so unique, and we love being part of it all.

The evening wrapped up with a sparkler exit that seemed to go on forever—plenty of time for some fun shots with Tyler, Kate, and their guests lighting up the night. River Road and Jasmine House’s lush gardens, complete with twinkling lights, provided the perfect spots for photos, creating a backdrop that felt both intimate and timeless.

I'm Samantha, the dreamer behind the lens, the one asking "but how did that make you feel?" and probably overthinking your photo timeline (in the best way). I'm driven by the process: the storytelling, the editing, and that magical energy that happens when people feel safe enough to be themselves.

Brady's my other half in life and in business, the people person who makes friends with your entire wedding party and catches those in-between shots no one else saw. While I'm crafting the vision, he's reading the room and making sure everyone feels at ease.
